    This tea has a very strong flavour, almost medicinal, which makes sense as it is packed full of health benefits! whilst I have had it on it’s own I do prefer to blend it with other teas to neutralise the strong flavour, it particularly blends well with Rooibos and Rosehips.

    This herb is an adaptogen, providing potent nourishment to the cells of the body in the form of energy and strength. When I drink this tea, I sleep well and wake feeling refreshed and grounded. My breath flows easily, my body feels at ease and well integrated with my mind. Love the roseate aroma too.l
