How Much is Your Shipping?
We charge a flat rate of $7.95 per order for standard post and $11.95 for Express Post within Australia, all samples and orders over $75 are delivered free of charge (via standard post) Sent via Australia Post.
Are Your Teas Certified Organic?
Yes, for teas listed as organic on our website these are certified organic by Australia's leading certification body Australian Certified Organic (ACO). Read more about organic certification here
When Will My Order Be Dispatched?
We know it is important for you to receive your tea order quickly so all orders made before 3pm AEDT are dispatched the same day! (Mon-Fri excl. public holidays). Orders made after this time will be dispatched the next day. We will send an email with tracking details once your order is shipped.
Can You Deliver to PO Boxes and Australia Post Parcel Lockers?
Yes, we deliver to both PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers. In fact we can deliver to any valid address in Australia - all Australian's deserve great tea after all :)
What Happens if My Delivery is Missing/Delayed?
We ship your order as fast as we can however once it leaves our warehouse it is in the hands of Australia Post or our couriers. In the rare event your parcel has not arrived within the designated time frame you may view your tracking on the Australia Post/Couriers website to view the current location, it may have been taken to your local post office for collection. Australia Post also allows an additional 3 business days on top of the estimated delivery date to allow for any unforeseen circumstances. If further information is needed you may contact Australia post or Courier directly and provide your tracking number to get an update or to start an investigation. Alternatively please get in touch with our customer service team so we may follow up on your behalf. Please note that we must be notified within 4 weeks of your shipment date if you are missing a parcel as after this time we may not be able to track your order

Do You Have a Wholesale Option for Business?
We do have a new option for those wanting larger sizes bulk bags of some of our most popular products. Please view the category 'Bulk Teas' and place your order online or give us a call. We hope to expand this range over time so for now these are the only products available, you may also order from our retail sizes for all other products. Contact us for any other enquiries and we will try our best to accommodate.
Do You Stock Decaffeinated Teas?

Not right now, we only sell the best loose leaf teas. We also sell some great quality tea infusers that will make it just as easy for you to brew your favourite teas as using a tea bag!
How Are Your Teas Packaged?
All of our retail teas are sent in premium, food grade bags that are heat sealed and then re-sealable for your convenience so that you can keep your teas fresher for longer! Click here to view an example one of our new kraft style bags.
*You may notice that over the next year some of our packaging will be changing. Currently we are testing some new styles of more eco-friendly packaging. We will be changing over starting with some sizes and adding new ones as they become available from our suppliers (they are still a little limited however getting better and we want to ensure product safety/freshness remains the same).
Option 1 Bio Bags. Bio Bags are bio-degradable and have a craft like appearance with all components made from bio materials. These bags are more fragile and sometimes external appearance can degrade however internal stability remains with a bio foil coating. These can go into a compost bin or normal waste bin where they will break down with heat, light, moisture. Ideally place into alternative container on receival if possible.
Option 2 Recyclable Pouches.These bags are sturdier and have an all-white colour and are recyclable in RedCycle Bins.
Option 3 Eco bag range are made from a new to market material known as D2w. D2w is an oxo biodegradable polymer resin that is incorporated in the packaging which enables the packaging to break down quicker than a standard foil lined bag. Once disposed of correctly into home composting or industrial composting facility the packaging will break into microscopic flakes within 3 months. Exposing the bags to high levels of heat will ensure this process occurs correctly.
The balance of these flakes will turn to biomass within 2-3 years, thus creating a bag that degrades some 15-20 years faster than a standard bag. These bags are approved to be home compostable. The oxo biodegradable additive complies with the Federal, Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act (FDA) C.F.R. Chapter 21, and the Regulation European Union No. 10/2011
Option 4 Oxo-Degradable Bags. These bags have craft like appearance and are made from 40 to 60% renewable wood pulp starch that completely breaks down in roughly 85 days with composting. The remainder is PE material that contains an additive that helps to breakdown over approx. ten years. These are also more fragile so if possible, you may place into alternative container on receival.
Please note: Until we find a different option please remove the product label on all bags before recycling/composting. You may also still be receiving older style packaging as we work towards changing all products and sizes over.
We appreciate your understanding as we transition over and trial these new bags to find the ideal solution for the future.

Can I Call You To Order?
Yes, please call our office on 08 6230 3938 8.00am-3.30pm WA time, Mon-Fri. Excl.public holidays or email us and we will call you.
You may return all unopened items in original packaging within 30 days of purchase. For returns/refunds it is the responsibility of the purchaser to organise return shipping with items in original packaging. If the return is a result of our error or you received a damaged product we will organise return shipping and refund or replace the item.
Please carefully check your order before payment to ensure you have ordered the correct items and have checked all product descriptions for details. Please call or email our team with any product related questions before ordering if unsure of anything. Please also note that some items do have shorter best before dates and so if you plan on ordering large-multi pack quantities check with us first. As tea is a food product we cannot accept returns on open products for not liking a particular flavour. With herbs/teas people can also react differently and we cannot control this or provide returns in these cases, we have sample packs available to purchase on most products so that you can try small amounts before you commit to buying larger amounts here

Can I Pickup My Order?
Unfortunately not, to keep our prices competitive we are an online business only. To have your tea conveniently shipped to your work or home please choose from the Standard or Express post options during checkout instead.
Why do some herbs/teas taste/look different from the last time I ordered?
With natural, organic grown products the flavour and/or appearance can change from batch to batch each year. Even though we strive for consistency we cannot guarantee that the flavour or appearance of products will remain the same as this is outside of our control.
