Serving Suggestions:
Add 1 teaspoon per cup. For best results always use fresh, filtered water and brew with boiling water for 5 minutes or longer. Note: Because of the high mineral content of horsetail herb it can have a dry/chalky feel when drinking. Try adding some sweetener such as honey or a fresh slice of lemon to brighten the flavour. You can also try brewing the herb and then adding it to your favourite smoothie!
