I bought a selection of teas that help sleep and calming but it just reminded me that these internationally sourced teas are the most mellow, soul-cleansing, feel good teas on the planet. I know that this sounds like I work for The Tea Hut, but I don't. I would try to work there but I live a couple of thousand of kilometres away, unfortunately :-)

I am on point with my health and taking care of myself. Imagine my frustration coating myself 3-4 times a night with magnesium drinking copious electrolytes and still being woken numerous times with restless legs. So I opened my field of dreams sample and made a strong tea before bed, and to drink through the night. No RL. still winning two weeks later. Another addition to my 14 other teas I have from you.
