I'd been drinking tulsi in bagged blends before, but this one is delicious, less waste and far more economical. Plus it's delicious and so potent. Highly recommended!

I started using this tea when I found out that it is an immune modulator, it helps one deal with stress by supporting the adrenal glands. It certainly is very calming & delicious to boot! I have used it in teabags but this loose leaf is super potent & economical!
