I am on point with my health and taking care of myself. Imagine my frustration coating myself 3-4 times a night with magnesium drinking copious electrolytes and still being woken numerous times with restless legs. So I opened my field of dreams sample and made a strong tea before bed, and to drink through the night. No RL. still winning two weeks later. Another addition to my 14 other teas I have from you. Really well balanced on its own but I like to use this as a base to add extra herbal teas to. Great for evening but really soothing when I have a stressful day ahead.

The smell of this tea alone instantly relaxes me. I drink a pot after dinner and feel very calm by bedtime. Perfect cuppa for a good night's sleep!

Purchased this tea to help me sleep and didn't expect it to taste very nice. Pleasantly surprised by the taste. Nightly cuppa has turned into a small pot - one cup is not enough!
