I tried this for high BP and it has brought it down by drinking 3 cups a day. I find the taste to be fairly neutral, just a faint tea flavour, so it is easy to drink.

I have been drinking this tea for a week now and I noticed my BP is lower now, so I suppose is because of the tea.
