Chrysanthemum has long been used in traditional Chinese herbal medicine because of it's abundance of natural healing properties, great taste and being an overall joy to drink, chrysanthemum is especially effective for promoting eye health.
Ingredients: Chrysanthemum Flowers
Botanical Name: Chrysanthemum morifolium
Brewing instructions:
1 heaped tsp of chrysanthemum flowers per cup. For best results always use fresh, filtered water and brew with boiling water for 3-5 mins. Have 1 cup per day and do not consume for extended periods of time.

Beautifully refreshing tea. I bought this to go with the jasmine pearl green tea - it looks lovely in the glass tea cups and guests always remark on the taste.

I've been getting the chrysanthemum from my local chinese goods stores, but have been disappointed.
This is much better and the quality is really apparent. -

I enjoy this tea when I feel like relaxing. Very pleasant, good for the eyes and blood pressure I have been told.

A light, refreshing and cleansing tea.....it was suggested to me as being beneficial for high blood pressure and looking forward to experiencing the long term benefits but in the meantime a very enjoyable brew!

Quite delightful I havent tried it before so pleasantly surprised I am drinking it cool in my drink bottle too on hotter days Meant to aid in improving eyesight so I bought a huge bag instead of getting glasses Lets see how it goes!
