Serving Suggestions:

Great as part of a delicious morning breakfast or an afternoon tea treat. For the best results always use fresh, filtered water. Add 1 heaped teaspoon per 200 ml. Brewing temperature should be below boiling point, around 80ºC. (Use of boiling water will result in bitterness) Brew 1-2 minutes. Enjoy without milk or sugar.

    This tea has a different taste to Sencha, it had a smokey type of flavour. It was nice if brewed correctly, otherwise bitter if you let it stand for too long. Overall it was quite a nice tea.
