To infuse the tea with the scent of jasmine, the flowers are picked just as they begin to bloom and then layered over the tea leaves overnight, the tea quickly absorbs the beautiful jasmine aroma. A lovely treat to have with meals.

Serving suggestion:
Traditionally served with meals and perfect for all day drinking. For the best results always use fresh, filtered water. Add half teaspoon per cup. Brewing temperature should be below boiling point, around 80ºC. (Use of boiling water will result in bitterness) Brew for 1-5mins. Enjoy without milk or sugar.
Tea Grade: Unlike some other jasmine teas ours is produced using 'Mao Feng' a premium green tea variety.
Taste: A deliciously light and satisfying jasmine aroma and taste experience!

I used to be an avid purchaser of T2 teas. I wanted to go organic so when I found the Tea Hut I am converted to these teas. The flavours aren't as strong in these organic teas, but I feel they are healthier for me and still have the flavour I am looking for. Love the fragrance and taste of the jasmine tea! Great prices and even better with the bulk availabilities. Thanks for the great tea!
