Because of this unique feature the tea can retain all of it's delicious flavours and aromas and then when brewed the leaves unfurl which releases a full, rich and flavoursome tea with a hint of smokiness. Certified organically grown without using any harmful synthetic chemicals or fertilisers.

Serving Suggestions:
Great as part of a delicious morning breakfast or an afternoon tea treat. For the best results always use fresh, filtered water. Add 1 heaped teaspoon per 200 ml. Brewing temperature should be below boiling point, around 80ºC. (Use of boiling water will result in bitterness) Brew 1-2 minutes. Enjoy without milk or sugar.

I have been using this product for several years. Its of a very good quality. I use it every day and a pack of 100grams lasts me (single person) for 2 months. It being an organic product the quality varies somewhat. The last batch is extremely good. I do use a hot water kettle with temperature control. I use the 80degrees Celsius setting. (I consume on average 2 litres a day!)
