I have been drinking Burdock Root tea for a little while now after reading about the health benefits. Recently I had a consult with a very well known and respected herbalist who confirmed the benefits and recommended continuing to drink this great tea. I love it. This is a wonderfully fragrant and delicious tea. It is great on its own or a base to add other flavours. My personal favorite is burdock and lavender, its a great tea to have before bedtime.
