I mix this with passionflower, lavender and chamomile for my bedtime tea. I have delayed sleep phase syndrome so getting to sleep at a 'normal' time is a lifelong battle but this tea certainly helps me to shift into chillout mode.

Quality blend. Valerian Root has dramatically changed my edginess and help reduce even my weight. It takes around a week or did so for me to begin feeling the benefits. As a 40 year old I felt the years impacting my sleep and becoming grumpy. This has helped incredibly.

A pleasant tea to have before bed, took at least 3 to 4 nights before I actually felt it was taking effect and now I wont do without it, as this tea is far more gentle on the body as a whole than having to take addictive pills.

Like a previous reviewer I've made some significant life changes and was having trouble sleeping. The Valerian tea seems to help. Definitely worth a try. I have a cup every night before bed
