Serving suggestion:
For best results use only fresh, filtered water. Brew with boiling water for 3-5 minutes. Or try a more traditional method: Place chai in a saucepan and add a combination of milk and water. Bring gently to the boil, then simmer for 8-10 minutes. Add honey or sugar to sweeten, if desired. Strain into a cup Tip: Enjoy a unique flavour when made with soy or rice milk.
