I have tried a lot of herbal teas in order to reduce my caffeine in-take at work. I use this herb in a loose leaf mix to simulate the taste of Twinings 'Detox' blend. Four spoons of Peppermint, two spoons of Lemon Balm and one of Liquorice Root. Don't be put off by the smell it tastes great.

Not only the best tea I've ever tasted but also somehow the cheapest. I was offered a cup of this peppermint tea by an acquaintance and from the first sip knew that I had to have my own stash immediately... so imagine my surprise when my standard post order arrived on my Perth metro doorstep the morning after I ordered it! The packaging is very practical also. A+ experience from product to customer service, I'm on my third cup already :)

I am using this herb in conjunction with a couple of other herbs to ease a dry cough I have had for a couple of weeks. It has helped soothe the cough, especially overnight, which is when my cough worsens.
