    I purchased this tea to see if it would help me sleep. I have 1 or 2 cups at night and am surprised that my sleep pattern has improved. I add valerian root tea and flavour with spearmint or lavender tea (also purchased from Tea Hut)

    I suffer from mild stress and anxiety and having a brewed cup of passionflower tea before going to bed relaxes me the next day. It's a refreshing flavour for a day or night time brew. Love it!
