Serving suggestion:
For best results use only fresh, filtered water. Brew with boiling water for 3-5 minutes. Or for a more traditional chai tea: Place chai in a saucepan and add a combination of milk and water. Bring gently to the boil, then simmer for 8-10 minutes. Add honey or sugar to sweeten, if desired. Strain into a cup Tip: Enjoy a unique flavour when made with soy or rice milk.

Added double the recommended amount of chai and some fresh ginger to the milk for that punch in the face feel. very nice with maple syrup.

So happy to have discovered the Tea Hut! What a treasure of a find! I’m really enjoying Spicy Black Tea Chai. It has the perfect balance of spices and not at all overwhelming as some Chai Teas can be. It’s definitely the best Chai Tea I’ve tasted!
