Serving suggestion:
Great as a morning or mid-morning pick-me-up. For the best results always use fresh, filtered water. Add 1 teaspoon per cup. Brew with boiling water 1-3 minutes and serve with milk and sugar if desired.

This tea is a delicate, light coloured, yet satisfying drink. The leaves are whole - and huge. Brewing instructions suggest 30sec-1 minute, I prefer about 2 minutes. I highly recommend this tea - do much do that a friend has already ordered it for her mother, and my colleagues (who I rarely see with all this working from home, but through a confluence of circumstance saw a few of us in the office at once) and I are staying a tea club and will be making group orders. The tea was dispatched by the Tea Hut very promptly, however it sat without moving for 4 days with AusPost. Then it was delivered while we were away and left during rainy weather, not on our covered porch but inside the gate out in the rain. The cardboard box got wet, but more concerning was, upon opening, seeing the tea was in paper bags. Thankfully there's done kind of plastic like lining otherwise my $40+ order world have been completely ruined. The ginger glow tea is also lovely. I don't really like ginger tea, I bought it for my mum, but it is a beautiful blend without that nasty taste some ginger tea has.
