100% Certified Organic Lemon Balm (Premium) Tea -
Lemon balm is a leafy herb from the mint family, and it tastes the way it smells: soft, fresh lemon with a light minty finish. Ours is certified organic and grown in Italy, where the warm climate brings out the herb's natural citrus oils.
It brews a pale golden cup that's smooth and gentle, with none of the sharpness you get from lemon peel. It's caffeine-free, so it works any time of day, and it makes a good iced tea in summer.
Lemon balm also blends well. Try it with peppermint for something brighter, or with chamomile for a mellow evening cup.
