Serving suggestion:
For best results use only fresh, filtered water. Brew with boiling water for 1-5 minutes using a fine mesh strainer/infuser. Or for a more traditional chai tea: Place chai in a saucepan and add a combination of milk and water. Bring gently to the boil, then simmer for 8-10 minutes. Add honey or sugar to sweeten, if desired. Tip: Enjoy a unique flavour when made with soy or rice milk.

I have been an avid Chai drinker for over twelve years and have tried many many varieties. This Chai Spice Powder is the best Chai I have yet experienced! The blend is both divine and perfection all mixed into one. For my one cup brew, I use only 3/4 of a tsp, and that is just the right amount for both spice and flavour. Dash of milk, and I am drinking heaven. This blend is a keeper for me. Will not be seeking out any other.

This is fantastic combination of spices making for a lovely fragrant Chai that blends well in soy and almond milk and without the sugar of the ever so common products on the market. My wife believes I make the best Chai she has ever drank.
