Serving suggestion:
For best results use only fresh, filtered water. Add 1 heaped teaspoon per cup and brew with boiling water for 5-15 minutes depending on your strength preference. Or try a more traditional method: Place chai in a saucepan and add a combination of milk and water. Bring gently to the boil, then simmer for 5-15 minutes. Add honey or sugar to sweeten, if desired. Strain into a cup Tip: Enjoy a unique flavour when made with soy or rice milk.
