The Ashwagandha root flavour, at first, is interesting, but after the second cup, I craved more. The is a delight stress-reducing tea. I was surprised at how little is needed to brew a cup.

This tea has earthy but light complexities for any fussy palate. There's no bitter after taste - so smooth, I savour every mouthful, I love it!

Bought this tea because it sounded interesting. When I first brewed and tested a cup I thought Yuk!
Now my body and taste buds crave this drink every evening before bed. So glad I purchased this tea, it has replaced my evening glass of red wine. -
5 Pleasantly Mild and Great mixed in with other Teas.
