Very happy with the quality of the ashwaganda root. When I opened the pack, the smell of the ashwaganda root was very prominent which indicates its quality. After several refills, the root is soft enough to consume. Will repurchase.

Great products , have not disappointed . Felt so energised naturally by having rhodiola tea and the ashwaghanda I have before bed which actually allowed me to have a decent sleep
