    Dark tea for healthy gut

Posted by Gerry on 17th Dec 2017

Pu-erh, or 'dark tea' is promoted as aiding digestion. I purchased it for this reason and it definitely helps me with less pain and IBS symptoms. As a bonus I've come to really appreciate its flavour. Although it's pricey it stands 3 or 4 infusions, so ultimately no more expensive than other good teas that only really stand 1 infusion.

    Excellent Dark Tea

Posted by Gerry on 20th Oct 2017

This pu'er is of a very high grade and makes an excellent cup of tea - I use the leaves three times, with different flavours coming through each time. I would recommend pu'er to anyone with digestive problems that stops them drinking the more available black or green teas.

    Super smooth

Posted by Jules on 5th Feb 2015

I drink this throughout the day at work, the leaves last all day with refills and the flavour never dissipates.
Not only is the taste super smooth, but delicious and light whilst still 'hitting the spot' of a good cuppa.
